SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

For small size products, they will be shipped via TNT/FedEx or similar. For bigger size products, they will be shipped by standard shipping such as national postal service. All shipments will have the best protection as much as possible. They usually take 3-5 days to arrive at the shipping address but there might be some situation that delivery gets delayed. We will always keep tracking your order on a daily basis.

Return & Exchange Policy

Purchased products can be returned within 14 days after purchase in a usable condition and we will refund the purchased amount of product (not a postal amount) after we receive the returned product.
